Assist and transport passengers requiring wheelchair assistance at Changi Airport.
Safely lift special needs passengers up/down and in/out of wheelchairs and aircraft.
To identify passenger's name, flight information, date, and special service request details, to ensure special needs passengers are taken to the correct destination.
Assist special needs passengers in transporting and claiming personal belongings and baggage.
Attend to passengers' inquiries and provide passengers with an excellent customer service experience.
Be compliant and adhere to SOP and safety standards.
Any other ad hoc matters assigned by management
Ability to read, write and converse in basic English.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Good customer service skills.
Adaptable to change and a good team player.
Physically fit and comfortable with walking long distances.
Training will be provided, no experience needed.
May be required to do overtime (OT), when needed.
