RESPONSIBILITIES

• Participate in the annual performance and rewards cycle including performance appraisals, salary increments, promotions and bonus payments
• Support the review and development of rewards framework and practices (e.g. compensation and benefits benchmarking, salary structure review)
• Manage the implementation of employee benefits programmes (e.g. annual group insurance renewals)
• Provide data support for rewards related exercises and projects (e.g. annual budgeting exercise and ad-hoc cost projections)
• Apply data analytics to provide periodical reporting on HR Dashboard
• Support the strategic review and implementation of HR systems through streamlining existing HR work processes with relevant stakeholders

Marketing Integration

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a strategic partner, the HR Business Partner (HRBP) aligns the people strategies & policies in the assigned Division(s) with the overall THKMC mission, vision and objectives. Scope of Work
