As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for crafting and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy designed to drive revenue growth, increase brand awareness and accelerate growth marketing. You will collaborate closely with various departments to ensure seamless marketing campaign execution while managing the marketing budget to maximize results. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Driving Growth & Revenue:

• Analyse marketing performance data to measure success and optimize strategies. Use A/B testing and data insights to continuously improve marketing efforts and track ROI
• Implement systems to track and report sales and marketing performance systematically

4. Brand Building & Collaborations:

• Strengthen the brand’s identity across all channels and collaborate with brand owners through strategic partnerships to evaluate organizational goals
• Plan and execute multi-channel brand marketing across digital, social media and email, ensuring strong content marketing that aligns with growth objectives

5. Team Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:

• Work closely with other Heads of Departments, promoting creativity and collaboration. Coordinate with other departments to ensure alignment with overall company goals.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to optimize outcomes.
• Manage relationships with external agencies and ensure compliance with enterprise governance frameworks.

Experience and Skills:

• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Marketing or equivalent experience from which comparable knowledge and job skills can be obtained
