Responsibilities:

• Lead, train, and manage a team of technical professionals (project and system engineers) to provide Project Management, System commissioning, technical support, and Pre-sales understanding of clients' need
• Allocation of tasks and responsibilities among team members based on their skills and expertise.
• Establish clear communication channels within the team. Ensure that team members are kept informed about project updates, organization changes, and any other relevant information.
• Conduct performance evaluations, set goals and provide feedback to team member to enhance their performance and career development.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering (Preferably Electronics) or equivalent and able to lead a team
• At least 5-8 years of relevant working experience in Security Industry, managing a group of 5 or more engineers.
• Possess excellent planning and organization, interpersonal and communication, and problem solving skills
• Excellent project management skills
• Able to work independently and make good decisions
