Job Responsibilities
Ā· Develop and execute comprehensive B2B marketing strategies and campaigns to generate leads, increase brand visibility, and drive revenue growth.
Ā· Develop and execute B2C campaigns and work with distributors to drive growth in retail setting.
Ā· Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and support the overall sales process.
Ā· Conduct market research to identify target audiences, customer needs, and competitor analysis to inform marketing strategies and positioning.
Ā· Create compelling marketing collateral, including sales presentations, brochures, white papers, case studies, and website content.
Ā· Supervise the company's online presence, including website content, social media accounts, email marketing campaigns, and other digital marketing channels.
Ā· Plan and execute industry events, conferences, and trade shows to maximize brand exposure and generate qualified leads.
Ā· Develop and manage relationships with key industry influencers, strategic partners, and media outlets to enhance brand visibility and thought leadership.
Ā· Monitor and analyze marketing metrics and KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness, lead quality, and ROI.
Ā· Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals
Ā· Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals, assigning tasks, providing guidance, and fostering a collaborative work environment. Set clear goals and objectives, conduct performance evaluations, and facilitate professional development.
Ā· Develop and manage marketing budgets, allocate resources effectively, and track expenses. Conduct return on investment (ROI) analysis to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Ā· Collaborate with other departments such as sales, product development, and operations to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts. Provide marketing support for product launches, sales initiatives, and events.
Ā· Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in B2B marketing, and apply them to the marketing strategy when appropriate.
Job Requirements
Ā· Degree in Marketing, Communication or similar.
Ā· Proven experience (5 years) in B2B marketing in the Food industry
Ā· Strong understanding of B2B marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
Ā· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing content.
Ā· Proficient in using marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and digital marketing platforms.
Ā· Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven marketing decisions.
Ā· Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Ā· Creative thinker with a demonstrated ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns.
Ā· Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
Ā· Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
Ā· Flexible and adaptable in a startup environment.
