Job Description
Position : Contract of British & Malayan Trustees Limited (BMT)
Role:
· Manage the day-to-day administration of a portfolio of Trust accounts, reporting to the Head of Trust Administration
Responsibilities:
· To assist with the on-boarding of new clients and obtain the requisite AML/KYC documentation, review of Source of Funds & Source of Wealth information.
· To assist in setting up master file for trust cases and ensure timely filing of documents
· To assist in the asset(s) transfer into the Trust setup, including opening bank accounts.
· To assist in the direct distribution of funds to Beneficiaries such as preparation of distribution checklist and ensuring identification documents are updated.
· Perform any other ad hoc administrative assignments.
Skills and qualifications:
· Relevant Degree/ Diploma holder
· Team-player with outstanding interpersonal skills
· Conscientious, with good attention to detail
· Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
· Proven ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
· Independent and positive working attitude
