Responsibilities:

The Budget & Contract Executive reports to the Contracts Management Section Manager (NSEWL / CCL / BPLRT). His/her roles and responsibilities include the following areas:

a. Consolidate technical contracts. Consolidate technical contracts that are shared across Lines. Create, prepare, review, and edit Contracts.

b. Contract Validity and Performance Review. Prompt User on Contract renewal. Monitor and report contract performance. Provide justifications for any deviation.

c. Contract terms and conditions. Review Contracts to ensure the Standard Agreement Form and template are applied. For any deviation, conduct review and verification if further Legal advise is required.

d. Compliance to SMRT Trains’ Policies and Procedures. Ensure Contracts are executed in compliance to SMRT Trains’ Policies and Procedures.

e. Any Other Tasks Assigned.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

- Maintain existing customers relationship and develop new customers.

- Prepare sales quotations, proposals for projects.

- Generate new leads and build up customer database and foster a strong partnership with clients.

- Approaching new customers on telemarketing / supporting the marketing department to development social media campaigns to draw fresh opportunities.

REQUIREMENT

- Diploma in sales and marketing field or equivalent.

- Competent working knowledge in Microsoft office and ability to interpret CAD drawings, schematics on AV systems including ELV line diagrams.

- Strong sense of teamwork and service orientation

- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work

- Self-driven individual and able to work independently with minimal supervision

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese (as this role works closely with stakeholders in China)

- Experience in AV industry, especially LED videowall technology will be highly advantageous.
