Responsibilities

• Develop and execute media relations, strategies / programmes, and identify opportunities to build company's visibility using various platforms and in its target business communities.

• Manage and drive key corporate communications projects for the business.
• Manage and address media expectation / public perception which may impact Mediacorp, in a timely manner.

• Enhance government relations and international relations, and build good media relationship locally and international.

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the documentation, review, and uploading of videos/media files into the SP Video Content Management System (VCMS) by closely collaborating with academic staff.

• Maintain and oversee the cataloguing and archiving of video content, ensuring easy retrieval and adherence to institutional guidelines and processes.

• Replace existing video-based Teaching and Learning content in online lessons and SCORM packages with VCMS-hosted media within the Learning Management System (LMS).

• Collaborate with stakeholders to review and discuss revisions during the video replacement process.

• Ensure proper functionality of VCMS-hosted media in online lessons after media replacement and updates.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in software such as Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint & Excel).

• Basic experience in Media Production and/or Graphic Design.

As the Head of Media & Data for the region, you will be leading Viddsee’s regional expansion efforts into the Media Buying & Management space, with the primary goal of driving the acquisition of new Media-based business. You will report to the Vice President of Commercial, and have local Media Managers (SG, TH, PH, ID) reporting to you. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Drive and direct the development of compelling Media campaign solutions including consumer and category insights, right selection of media channel, defining primary and secondary KPIs, budget allocation by channels backed by data and rational, across the region.
• Work closely with local Media Managers to create and sustain great client relationships and excellent delivery
• Briefing, guiding & supervising the Media & Data team (execution, reporting & ad-operations teams) on a day-to-day basis ensuring operational excellence on the account.

• Work with APAC Operations team and coordinate with the global Google Media team to ensure we are operating at maximum efficiency.

• Support Customer and Content groups, by synthesizing and curating audience insights across media currencies (e.g. TV, Radio, Editorial, Digital, Social) including secondary research sources to help drive product, content and business strategy.
