Purpose of the Role

The Corporate Communications team is responsible for external and internal communications including crisis communications, Public Relations, traditional and digital media management, branding, events management, stakeholder engagement, communications to Community Investment, and Investor Relations.

• Support the Media Director in ensuring that we deliver high client satisfaction scores (which means we constantly have a pulse on the relationship)

You will contribute to the development and execution of Communications and Engagement strategies for the Ministry of Health (MOH), to:

i. Proactively shape public perception of Singapore’s healthcare system;

In this role, you will support the team in online sentiment analysis and reporting across digital platforms. You will monitor and assess traction and public reactions towards key news, help generate data and prepare weekly reports. You will also be involved in research and data analytics projects, including drawing up survey questionnaires and discussion guides, analysing findings, and presenting reports. Part of the work also involves leveraging information to better formulate communications strategies and shape messaging for important initiatives.
