Roles & Responsibilities

• Managing social media footprint – To plan, curate and maintain creative content across our all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Linkedin, etc). You will understand how we develop design and visual communication for various touchpoints through planning, implementing, and coordinating various projects, photoshoots, video shoots, etc.
• To assist in developing, conceptualizing, and implementing new marketing campaigns.

As a Communications Executive, you will play a pivotal role in crafting compelling content, managing digital platforms, analysing data, and supporting marketing communications (Marcoms) campaigns to drive lead generation efforts.

Responsibilities

• Produce engaging and informative content across various digital platforms, including websites, social media channels, and email newsletters.
• Manage and maintain digital platforms, ensuring content is up-to-date, relevant, and optimised for user experience and search engine visibility.
• Analyse data from digital platforms and marketing campaigns to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for strategic improvements.
• Make recommendations for strategic changes based on data analysis, audience feedback, and market research to optimise communications efforts.
• Vet and design key visuals and collaterals, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and objectives.
• Support Marcoms campaigns by contributing creative ideas, developing content, and executing tactical initiatives to enhance brand visibility and drive engagement.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and other teams to support lead generation efforts and achieve business objectives.

Requirements

• Local diploma in a relevant domain.
  Three to Five years of experience in communications, digital marketing, or related roles.
• Strong in content creation skills, with the ability to create compelling content for diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in digital platforms and tools, including website management, social media management platforms, and email marketing software.
• Data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyse data and derive actionable insights to inform strategic decisions.
• Creative flair and attention to detail, with a keen eye for design and visual aesthetics.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute creative marketing and communication strategies, plans and approaches to the market
• Create and manage special events and campaign calendar
• Initiate new creative solutions to support company's business operation
• Creating of marketing material and proposal kits
• Responsible for content management and oversees company's various social media profiles and respond to reviews/enquiries
• Lead in outreaching to different partners and digital platforms for branding and marketing opportunities
• Any other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Marketing Mass Communications, Creative Media Design, Digital marketing, Marketing, Advertising and relevant fields
• Preferably work experience in handling E-commerce platform
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint and knowledge in Photoshop, Illustrator and video editing software
• Knowledge in other word processing and web analytics tools will be an advantage
• Creative, detail-oriented, proactive and result-oriented
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines

Assist HOD Corporate Services to drive the overall organisation’s communications strategy and plan in managing, marketing and company communications. Involve in planning and development of effective fundraising campaigns, and build good relationships with donors and community partners.

Duties and responsibilities include:

A. Communications and Marketing Plan

• Plan and develop the annual communication and marketing and social media plan to brand the company’s programme and services
• Plan and develop all aspects of branding and social media plan across all our platforms
• Produce original content and continue building up our internal record of community based stories by interviewing individuals and corporates and partners
• Plan and develop the company’s publications ie newsletter, annual reports and oversee the marketing channels for distribution
• Plan the online and traditional fundraising campaigns and electronic direct mailers (EDMs)
• Manage all communications and media related enquiries and events
• Build relationships and pitch stories with target brand ambassadors, various media platforms, traditional & digital for branding purposes
• Manage the communication and marketing budget
• Review the communication and marketing processes for improvement
• Provide training or guidance to junior team members
• Involve in cross team project development and support

B Relationship Partnership Development

• Plan and develop the company annual fundraising and donor management plan at targeted audience
• Build and manage key donor accounts and segmentation (new and existing)
• Manage the donor lifecycle to identify, engage and retain donors
• Identify and develop new partnerships in fundraising and donors engagement
• Review the work process for fundraising and donors engagement for improvement
• Collaborate with other community partners to enhance fundraising efforts and relationship building

Technical Competencies:

1. Degree in Mass Communications, Journalism, Marketing or Business Administration preferred.
2. 2-3 years related work experience in Marketing or Sales or Journalism
3. Experience in fundraising or donor management in the charity sector is advantageous.

We are looking for a social media intern to assist with brand marketing and social media content creation.

Responsibilities:

• Support and contribute to our overall brand marketing strategy.
• Create engaging social media content to captivate our audience.
• Participate in developing content schedules, strategies, and briefs.
• Research and analyze new market trends in specialty coffee to better understand our customers' needs.
• Assist in daily administrative tasks to support the marketing team.
• Aid in monitoring and optimizing social media ad campaigns for maximum impact.

• Support senior team in developing and executing communications strategies – PR, social media marketing, owned and earned content
• Develop and sustain a deep understanding of the client's business, industry, and trends
• Cultivating relationships with key spokespeople, media and influencers (in Singapore and across the APAC region)
• Be involved in developing new business proposals and pitching
• Develop media monitoring and media coverage reports with an understanding of how to analyse and value coverage pieces

• Writing and editing content for a variety of external and internal communications channels

JOB SUMMARY

The role of the Director of Communications is to create and maintain awareness through a favorable public image of Capella Hotel Group and our brands by effectively communicating core messages, programs and accomplishments. The role also leads all efforts to counter negative publicity and handles crisis and emergency communications.

The person in this role is a master at the art of storytelling, and is able to understand the importance of editorial flow in written and verbal communication. Working alongside the Vice President of Marketing, the Director of Communications will act as the gatekeeper for all written material.

THE ROLE

• Manage effective relationship with appointed PR agencies and ensures set KPI’s are met
• Manage all direct media- and interview inquiries at the group/brand level
• Engage with Singapore-based journalists and SEA-based freelancers to pitch stories seeking high-level placements
• Write speeches for senior leaders and support the organisation of press conferences as and when required
• Lead the Award strategy for the brands and all Capella and Patina properties
• Support PR planning for HMA announcements and hotel openings
• Act as point person leading crisis management SOPs and FAQs
• Create standards and prepare media kits for Capella and Patina brands (e-brochure) and review properties’ factsheets
• Help articulating brand pillars together with talking points for senior stakeholders to use during interviews
• Prepare written content for keynote presentations for Business Development efforts
• Responsible to review/edit any press release from group and/or properties before dissemination
• Ensure Press pages on each brand and property websites are up-to-date as well as PR material on Bynder
• Monitor, analyse and communicate PR results on a monthly basis
• Contribute to drafting and accompanying annual content calendar for both brands and properties
• Participate in the creation of brand campaigns by writing copy for ads (brand packages)
• Review and edit copy for all EDMs and brand.com including periodic audits of existing content
• Work with the social media team & agency to write and edit captions
• Coordinate influencer management for brand campaigns
• Help in reviewing a variety of promotional and marketing collateral from properties
• Contribute to the relaunch of Auriga Wellness as well as expanding the Flow brand awareness
• Together with Vice President of Marketing, seek opportunities for partnerships and sponsorships
• Thought leadership engagement for President and Senior Leadership Team

TALENT PROFILE

Qualification

Bachelors’/Masters’ degree in Mass Communications or equivalent is preferred

Work Experience

Experiences in similar role and capacity of luxury brand, hotels/resorts

Prior experiences in Public Relations Management is of advantage

Technical Skills

The work:

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead our press office activities, including amplifying key PR beats for priority APAC titles with regional press and trades;
• Coordinating press opportunities across our APAC content including upcoming slate announcements, and day-to-day management of our news updates across the region as the source of truth for regional press engagement and external comms (Newsroom posts etc).
• Point person for country communications and publicity teams across title opportunities.
• Title insights management and point person for engagement across the region
• Communications lead on global campaigns for APAC, identifying press participation and regional storytelling opportunities for Tudum, Geeked Week and more.
• Developing regional opportunities based around key cultural moments.
• Partner with PAVS to understand opportunities to engage press during title production.
• Social-first storytelling focus, identifying where we can engage social platforms and influencers on regional moments and developing social trend/conversation storytelling.

Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

• +/- 7 years experience in communications, media, journalism, and/ or agency;
• Direct knowledge and experience in the entertainment industry;
• Direct experience in publicity and/or talent relations is an advantage;
• Experience pitching and crafting stories with social media editors, digital editors, and or online influencers;
• The ability to speak and write English fluently is important - an additional Asian language is an advantage;
• Strong network of press and influencer relations.
