The Town Council manages HDB estates in Aljunied GRC and Hougang SMC. More than 50,000 dwelling units, shops, hawker stalls come under our purview.

We are looking for dynamic, collaborative and resilient individuals to join us in the role of Procurement Executive.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute procurement activities in accordance with Town Council Financial Rules, including the administration of Purchase Orders, Goods Receipt Notes etc;
• Manage and work with contractors and vendors to support the Town Council’s operations;
• Support role to the Estate Department as assigned, including but not limited to generate backlog report and follow up job sheet / tax invoice with Contractors, draft basic specifications for RFQ, prepare Contract addendums / Quotation form, etc.

Minimum Requirements

• 1 year of relevant working experience in a similar capacity will be an advantage but fresh graduates are welcome to apply;
• Ability to communicate with contractors and internal clients;
• Hardworking and meticulous with positive attitude;
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly MS Excel;
• Attained B4 or above in GCE “O” Level English and Elementary Mathematics, or Grade B or above in equivalent modules in Polytechnic or ITE;
• A relevant Diploma/Higher Nitec in the discipline of Built Environment or Business Management will be an advantage;
• Experience using Enterprise Resource Planning systems (Simplicity Suite, SAP etc) will be an advantage.

• Collect MCs from the box twice a day, stamp the MCs and saved in in the respective batch, passed the original MCs to Student Services

Position Summary

IT Administrator supports IT Manager in managing the departmental tasks, purchasing, payment operations, coordinating of goods delivery, and managing budgets. This role will be assigned to department-wide projects and managing various information, tasks, etc. This position is part of “MODEC Global team” acting as the system representative in APAC region, to ensure local IT activities align with global IT direction. The regional responsibilities include coordination/deployment of global IT technology, governance, security policies.

• Assist in processing IT procurement (data processing using SAP)
• Support the administration for purchased goods (list of purchased goods using Excel, etc.)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and ensure smooth operations of all tenancy/agreement matter that are under your portfolio including but not limited to generating of invoices, updating of sales report & Occupancy report, stamping of agreement etc.
• Responsible for vetting and reviewing of agreements and contracts.
• Liaise with landlords and tenants on all tenancy matters.
