Requirements

The Director of Sales and Ops is responsible for driving the growth of the company's post production services, identifying market opportunities and building long-term partnerships with new and existing clients. The Director of Sales and Ops is also responsible for the smooth operation of the post facility, ensuring projects are delivered to the highest creative and technical standards for a wide range of major international streamers, broadcasters and producers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy & Client Acquisition:

a. Develop and implement sales strategy to drive new business for the company's post-production services.

b. Identify and pursue potential clients in the TV, film, advertising and corporate sectors.

c. Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to closing, achieving sales targets and revenue growth goals.

d. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.

2. Business Development & Networking:

5. Project Oversight:

6. Operational Efficiency:

7. Technology and Innovation:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Production, or a related field; Master’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in post-production, with a minimum of 3 years in a management or leadership role.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets in a fast-paced, creative environment.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality projects across a range of content formats (TV, film, digital, etc.).
• Working knowledge of post-production systems and pipelines, including editing, colour grading, audio mixing, MGFX/CGI/VFX, mastering, QC and deliverables.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-cultural teams and foster a collaborative environment.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with a demonstrated ability to build client relationships and close deals.
