Job Descriptions:

• Update customers on product info and updates.
• Develop and implement product launch strategies.
• Increasing the customer base and sales of Dental Implant, Machine & device, dental chair and related products in Singapore
• Work closely with KOLs and develop more KOLs.
• Provide demos of key products to end customers.
• Assist with dental surgery procedure.
• Monitoring regular stock position of customer to avoid supply issues.
• Maintain sales of current customers and develop new sales.
• Achieve monthly sales and collection target.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
• Required language(s), English
• Excellent sales, marketing and analytical skills.
• Good communication skill able to work closely with colleagues internationally in a matrix.

Centre for Applied Research

The successful candidate will support the day-to-day activities arising from the research projects and programmes within the University.

The scope of work will involve serving in the secretariat for grant reviews and management, handling the research administrations, tracking and reporting of progress and ensuring compliance of the conduct of these research projects and programmes.

Job Description

The detailed scope of work will include the following:

• Manage grant call activities and research applications.
• Assist in the preparation of documents required for grant reviews.
• Assist in the preparation of budgetary estimates for the department and individual research projects.
• Facilitate the review process and maintain related records.
• Arrange meetings and take minutes during meetings.
• Develop and maintain departmental policies and procedures.
• Maintain the departmental webpage and repositories.
• Provide support for the implementation of research projects and programs.
• Track research expenditures to ensure expenses align with budget allocations and monitor grant utilization rates, providing regular updates.
• Track research KPIs and assist in the preparation of reports for management and funding agencies.
• Assist in audit activities related to research grants and ensure compliance with corporate governance.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting to internal and external stakeholders/funders.
• Support the department’s initiatives to promote a research culture at SUSS.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in any specialized field.
• 2-3 years of experience in research administration (3+ years for senior position).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on good English writing ability.
• Self-starter with problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and spreadsheet computations.

Job Responsibilities:

Compensation and Benefits

· Process time attendance listing submitted by respective Supervisors/HODs

· Verify overtime schedule

· Process petty cash claims of staff in accordance with entitlement

Recruitment and Onboarding

· Assist in the recruitment of contract, temporary and junior staff

Staff Engagement

General Administration

About The Role

The Centre for Applied Research​ (CFAR) undertakes, administers, and facilitates research and related activities. It also serves as an incubation centre for research programmes and projects.

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team to provide essential support to ensure the efficient operation of CFAR Department. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
