We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Executive / Assistant HR Manager to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the strategic and operational aspects of HR while driving business success. Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
   Develop effective strategies to attract and retain top talent.
   
2. Compensation & Benefits: Oversee payroll and benefits administration.
   Review and enhance compensation structures to align with market trends.
   
3. Employee Relations: Foster a positive workplace environment through effective communication and conflict resolution.
   Serve as a trusted advisor for employees and management.
   
4. HR Policy Development & Compliance: Develop, update, and implement HR policies in line with labor laws and company objectives.
   Ensure compliance with local employment regulations and standards.
   
5. HR Administration & Reporting: Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
   Prepare and present HR reports and metrics for management.
   
6. Employee Work Pass Applications: Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations in compliance with regulations.
   

Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of relevant HR experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, and compensation & benefits.
• Familiarity with work pass applications and compliance.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
