Your Role on Our Journey

As a Sales Executive, you will play a critical role in driving new sales within the PHV leasing space. Your main mission? To actively prospect and engage with potential customers, build strong relationships, understand their specific needs, and craft customized solutions that elevate their mobility experience. From lead generation to closing deals and ensuring a seamless handover, you will be a key player in driving revenue and building a strong PHV customer base.

Your Day-to-Day Adventures

• Research and identify new prospects and sales opportunities within the PHV leasing market.
• Proactively generate leads using creative outreach methods, direct outdoor channels, and strategic follow-ups, including setting appointments.
• Connect with potential and existing customers through phone calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings to present our tailored offerings.
• Drive the entire sales process from initial contact and needs assessment through to negotiation and closing deals, ensuring a smooth transition to after-sales service.
• Understand and respond to customer needs with relevant, value-driven solutions.
• Build long-lasting and trusting relationships with customers, enhancing loyalty and satisfaction.
• Consistently achieve and surpass daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

The Product Strategy Executive is responsible for documenting the team's work processes and ensure they operates effectively to grow 2 main Business Verticals in the organization:

1. GlobalTix as a Platform for System Solution

2. GlobalTix as a Platform for Product offerings in the Marketplace

Responsibilities:

• Preparing and documenting SOP for Team supporting the business vertical.
• Understanding Market practices and sharing insights to the team for better work flows
• Drawing out step by step plans for SOP implementation and transitions
• Streamlining existing practices
• Team Management: Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver the final objective.
• Client Management: Ability to structure and record each client account handling, and develop simple onboarding and cross selling for all new and existing clients. Ability to streamline processes for all account use cases.
• Content Management: Training and guiding team members to learn how to recognise/ achieve top notch industry standard product write ups to all B2C customers.
• System Features and Use cases: Understanding System features and how clients can effectively use the system for their benefits.

Requirements:

• Displays strong skillset in organizing information
• Diploma / Degree holders.
• 1 year Experience in the Attractions and Tourism industry preferred.

1. Responsible for sales of products and services offered by the postpartum center, achieving sales targets and performance goals.
2. Assist clients in understanding the services, features, and advantages of the postpartum center, providing professional consultation and advice.
3. Manage client relationships, maintain good communication and rapport with clients, and resolve client issues and complaints.
4. Participate in market research and competitive analysis, understand industry trends, and market demands.
5. Assist in developing sales and marketing strategies, and expand new clients and markets.
6. Regularly report sales performance and market conditions, and provide suggestions for improvement and optimization.

Requirements:

1. Candidates with relevant medical, health management, or postpartum care background are preferred.
2. Possess good communication skills and service awareness, able to effectively communicate with clients and build trust relationships.
3. Have sales skills and negotiation abilities, with sales experience being a plus.
4. Familiar with office software and sales management tools, capable of data analysis and report generation.
5. Team player with strong learning abilities, able to adapt quickly to work environments and business requirements.
