Responsibility

• Handle human resource issues in the whole process of company recruitment, employee management, performance management, employee’s discipline and grievance management.
• Bridging management-employee relationships by resolving needs, grievances or other concerns
• Handle the company payroll & time attendance system
• Manage foreign manpower matters including Work Pass application/cancellation/renewals
• Ensure timely submission / regulatory compliance relating to MOM, CPF, IRAS etc
• Oversee the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, SOPs

Requirements

• Degree in any discipline with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

• AR/AP duties
• Process of government claims/fundings
• Follow up on long outstanding payments and vendor reconciliation
• Prepare and send monthly statements of accounts
• Monitor closely AR aging report and outstanding customers’ account via regular phone calls, email reminder, frequent communications
• Proactively follow up on customers’ queries, resolves any outstanding AR issues, discrepancies and invoices
• Support internal and external audit queries
• Maintain master data of suppliers
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Description

Assistant to Senior Pharmacist of CF operations.

• Understand the process and operations.

• Assist pharmacist to Lead a team of up to 15 staff and ensure that all are trained up to the predetermined competency level for the operations.

• Assist pharmacist to develop SOPs and procedure in accordance with the requirement of the customers and in alignment to STL’s policies.

• Plan work schedule and overtime accordingly base on workload.

• Assist pharmacist to provide reports whenever required in relation to the above.

• Assist pharmacist on document control of related documents is maintained timely and effectively.

• Customer engagement on work requirement and deviation reports.

• Ensure compliance of processes to SOP/WI and other GxP requirements.

• Carrying out deviations and CAPA report recommendations.

• Fronting of audit from customer and regulatory body.

• Ensure operations excellence throughout and aims towards zero error in the prescriptions filling due to negligence.

• Ensure Continuous Improvement is part of the operations

• Take on other appropriate assignments from time to time under the direction of the company.

Requirement

• At least a Polytechnic Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science or any discipline with at least 3 years of working experience is preferred
• However, candidate with no prior experience may apply.
• Candidate preferably has been working in a pharmacy in acute hospital setting
• Familiar with Windows, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project), Power BI is preferred
