Responsibilities
· Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of technical projects from initiation to completion.
· Handle projects that involve complex technical components, integration of systems or technologies.
· Participate in pre-sales processes such as defining the project scope and take part in client presentation.
· Manage on-going client relationships during project implementation and post project deployment
· Work with the discipline leads to ensure projects are completed within budget, timeline and scope
· Understand and control project scope and identify change requests effective
· Collaborate with the respective discipline lead and project leads to scope and cost for change requests and to apply change management processes
· Monitor and report/ communicate project health
· Organize and facilitate both internal and client project team meetings
· Produce and communicate weekly action plans with both internal and client to manage stakeholder’s expectation
· Collect, organize and communicate project meeting notes and weekly status reports, and maintain comprehensive project documentation
· Identify, maintain and mitigate project risks
· Oversee successful and timely completion of project milestones/ deliverables
· Collaborate with the team and trainer to prepare user training guide and training to the client
· Conduct project closure review and prepare recommendations
· Prepare project handover documents and ensure proper handover to the Business Success Services (BSS) and Account Servicing team
· Define and implement on-going business support processes with the internal project team and the client. Refine the processes as the business processes
Requirements
· 2 - 5 years of project management experience working on creative, development solutions for CRM implementation, eCommerce, CMS and mobile app
· Have prior experience with implementation of CRM solutions and integration with other systems such as point of sales (POS) system
· Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or in a similar role, successfully delivering complex technical projects.
· Strong technical background and expertise in a specific domain, such as software development and IT infrastructure
· Familiarity with technical concepts, tools, and methodologies relevant to info technology industry.
· Have prior experience in Data Analytics
· Familiarity with User Experience (UX wireframe) is preferred
· Proven organizational and planning skills and must be detail oriented
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Strong desire to learn project management discipline and the emerging web industry
· Independent individual as well as a team leader and member who can lead the project resources to timely completion of projects
· Good attitude, organized and independent worker with strong desire to learn
· Ability to accurately scope and schedule complex creative and implementation for CRM and eCommerce projects
Additional Desirable Skills
· Familiarity with Atlassian JIRA and plug-ins
· Knowledge of Agile/ SCRUM and Waterfall methodologies
· Knowledge of design software and programming languages
· Education background in Computer Science or equivalent is preferred
· PMP and/or SCRUM certification
