Job Summary

The Commercial Contracts Manager will in large part work with and support the APAC sales organization. This individual contributor position will be responsible for managing, negotiating and otherwise facilitating sales agreements while ensuring that ZOLL is protected from unnecessary risk. Essential Functions

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of sales and related agreements including: purchase agreements, distribution agreements, SaaS agreements, services agreements, business associate agreements, data protection addenda, partner agreements, and proposals, among others.
• Coordinate and manage the entire negotiation process for sales agreements from beginning to end.
• Identify issues that vary from corporate standards to ensure accuracy and compliance, recommend appropriate modifications, and engage and collaborate with internal stakeholders in the sales, finance, marketing, product, operations teams, and other internal teams as may be required.

Role Purpose

The Project Delivery Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the execution of specific work areas

or packages within the FPSO project. This role ensures the clean and timely delivery of scopes, facilitates

seamless integration with other project areas or packages, and ensures that the work is delivered within budget

Key Accountabilities

Project Management:

• Oversees the EPC phase to ensure the timely completion of engineering, procurement, and construction activities.

Additionally, monitors the progress of the work, providing regular forecasts and updates to the EPC schedule.

Leadership:

Leads and motivates multi-disciplinary teams to excel. Offers insights to the Project Manager for the joint development of crucial strategies and plans. Makes prompt decisions and eliminates obstacles in the project as they arise. Engages in meetings with leadership and project sponsors. Advocates for and champions HSSEQ initiatives during all project stages.

Stakeholder management:

Engages with client representatives and other stakeholders of the project to ensure alignment of goals and objectives. Acts as the primary contact point for the client on all matters related to the assigned work areas/package. Provides regular reporting to the Project Manager and the company's management.

Team and resource:

Defines the resource requirements for the team on the project and fosters cohesiveness and collaboration to maximize their performance.

What you will be working on

1.Tenancy Management
