• Governance the tender process from pre-bid preparation, tender handling, post-tender analysis

The group consists of a 430-bedded resident home, 4 day-care centres, Active Aging Centres and a leading academy in dementia care. The Finance Manager will assist senior management in making critical business decisions by analysing and presenting key financial data, and will lead the Accounts Department supporting Peacehaven group.

 Job Responsibilities

• Prepare management reports with written narratives to support analysis and findings
• Perform financial modelling process to analyse proposals on financial and non-financial return
• Prepare annual, operating and capital budgets
