●Provide legal regulations, laws, and related format contract texts in the relevant industry.

Requirements:

●Degree in Legal or related studies.

●At least 5 years of experience in a legal/compliance counsel/manager.

●Legal experience in both Singapore and China.

●Good knowledge of legal requirements and procedures ideally within M&A trading or joint venture & supply chain management.

●Experience in international commodity trading, M&A, legal and compliance in the logistics industry, and negotiating joint ventures.

●Experience in law firm is preferred.

What to Expect:

Summary of Position

This role is directly responsible for the overall Project Logistics for PSA BDP in Singapore and the region. The position is required to have immediate focus in the execution for PSA BDP’s project business and work. Scope of work & Responsibilities

• Relationship building with the existing projects in the region.

• Work with MD, Regional Directors and Country Directors to align the operational requirement for project execution.

• Work with approved vendors and contractors on costs, mainly heavy lifts, transportation and out of gauge- OOG/projects cargo.

• Conduct site surveys in accordance with the HSEQ requirements ie: Risk Assessment.

Experience
