The Senior Director, Affluent & Consumer Segments will be responsible for anticipating, identifying, devising, sizing, planning for and executing Visa’s approach to established and emerging consumer segments in Asia-Pacific.

Initially focused on an overhaul of Visa’s proposition for affluent consumers, the SD, will lead cross-functional initiatives to update our product mix, proposition features, offers, pricing and benefits plans, to determine the best Go-to-market, channel approach and communications strategy. To achieve this the role holder, will lead a small team of direct reports in Visa’s Singapore Hub team, and will be the leader responsible for marshalling cross-functional teams across all main functions of Visa in Singapore and across the region to achieve desired outcomes and goals

The role will require regular liaison with colleagues from across Visa’s other regions (CEMEA, EU, LAC and North America) and very frequent collaboration with Global colleagues in our San Francisco HQ. Reporting to the Head of Consumer Solutions in region, as part of the Consumer Solutions group, the role is to be a visible product leader in the region and across the globe and as such to bring thought leadership, subject matter expertise, people and stakeholder management skills and rigorous process and budget management experience to the role.

Notwithstanding competitive and regulatory headwinds, Visa remains the leader in provision of payment products to the mass-affluent and high net worth segments, a key focus of this role is to retain and grow this business with our issuing partners, merchants and ultimately for these consumers, as well as examining what other affluent segments Visa should seek to attract with new and updated products and propositions. As part of this objective, the role-holder will lead the process of gathering, evaluating and prioritizing product requirements, building a business case for new product features and platforms and executing the build and readiness activities to deliver these solutions.

Global Projects and Products Accountability

• Provide pharmaceutical formulation and fill finish sciences and technology leadership for programs, projects and activities related to Santen pharmaceutical product(s) to ensure business priorities and targets are met (e.g., New Product Introductions, product transfers, change management, regulatory submissions, etc.). 
• Build and maintain the knowledge and history of the Santen pharmaceutical products formulation and fill finish (i.e., for API to Finished Product) from late-stage development (i.e., readiness for Phase III) throughout the commercial lifecycle, working in close collaboration with the respective Global R&D, MSAT and wider Product Supply functional teams. 
• Lead to deliver the assets pharmaceutical formulation and fill finish needs, identification, and mitigation of manufacturing, analytics, and primary container closure systems properties risks, as well as drive process characterization studies and strategies to support post-approval changes for the accountable product(s).  
• Create and establish best practices, knowledge sharing platforms with cross-functional and cross-divisional teams across the business (e.g., R&D, MSAT, QA, SC, Regulatory and Project Management) to ensure all Santen pharmaceutical products are maintained in compliance with current international guidelines and requirements. 

Global MSAT Accountability

• Drive with the respective R&D and GPS functions, the global harmonization and standardization of procedures and methodologies for Santen product late-stage pharmaceutical formulation and fill finish development, primary container closure systems compatibilities, specifications and stability requirements, incl. applying and/or introducing PAT, DoE and QbD approaches (i.e., for API to Finished Product). 
• Develop and establish the GPS formulation and fill finish sciences and technology and primary container closure systems selection decision gates for the development of late-stage product readiness confirmation to enable sustainable and reliable phase III clinical material manufacture and future commercial supply. 
• Contribute to the drafting, review and/or approval of current and new (internal) global and/or local standard operating procedures and guidelines, related to the new roles and responsibilities of the FSTL and Global MSAT organization. 

Technology Transfers of Formulation and Fill Finish Processes 

• Lead the pharmaceutical formulation and fill finish transfer teams of both sending and receiving sites (i.e., internal and/or external with CDMO counterparts) to successfully execute the implementation of all formulation and fill finish processes required for the project, by ensuring all planned activities, timelines, resources, and investments are assessed, planned, executed, and delivered in a timely manner and in budget. 
• As a core member of the project leadership team, the FSTL will be reporting the formulation and fill finish processes transfer project progress to the assigned Global Project Lead. 

Single GPS Point of Contact (SPOC) for Due Diligences

• The Formulation & Fill Finish Sciences & Technology Leader will support Due Diligence assessments of new in-licensing products and/or new assets acquisitions for all pharmaceutical formulation and fill finish sciences and technology evaluations. 

Complex Investigations/Improvement Needs for Product(s)

• The Formulation & Fill Finish Sciences & Technology Leader will lead the assessments of complex pharmaceutical formulation and fill finish sciences and technology investigations or requirements for improvement of formulation processes and procedures for products, incompliance with current international guidelines, requirements and/or applicable registrations in Santen territories.

WHAT WILL BE YOUR JOURNEY

As a UIUX Director, you are responsible for defining the direction of all UI & graphic design assets complementing the existing Art assets and creative direction of the game. This visual direction becomes the “Graphic design signature” for the game that will enhance the quality and the comfort of the user experience.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

You work closely with the content team (Creative Direction, Game Direction, Art Direction, World Direction, Audio Direction, and Brand Direction) to ensure that the team, internal partners and the public gets a consistent, aligned message and direction. This role scales best practices and creates the framework and programmatic infrastructure to fuel sales initiatives through regular selling motion to engage customers, sales teams and opportunities to achieve strategic outcomes.  

Working in partnership with Sales Leadership including Theater VPs, the SVP of Channel and Sales Strategy, Speedboat Sales Leadership, and SE Leadership, this role identifies tops-down SASE growth initiatives and creates theater-wide continuity where possible, while enabling region-specific initiatives.  The Director of SASE Sales provides leadership and execution for inter-organizational initiatives to optimize execution between SASE Sales, Core Sales segments, ecosystems, and other GTM functions.  Initiatives may include:

• Sales performance
• Participation - portfolio selling strategies, product mix and diversification
• Sales model and resource allocation 
• Best practices, guidelines and standards
• Refresh and Renewal
• Identifying new paths to market and requirements for enablement
• Channel and Ecosystem leverage

As the lead for our core program based in Singapore for AP region you will be the product and business lead responsible for building out corporate T&E strategy for our issuers including forming and launching initiatives, offering product capabilities, as well as engaging in key partners including TMCs, travel enablers that support corporate travel requirements.  You will work in close collaboration with our market teams and business development teams to drive overall issuer goals in commercial.

This is a unique opportunity to be part of a new team within Visa in AP, managing one of the company’s most important strategic product initiative globally. This role will report to Head of Large and Mid-Market segment in AP as well as secondarily, to the Global B2B Travel team.

Key responsibilities will include

• You will own and drive our Corporate Travel and Entertainment segment strategy in Asia Pacific across variety of issuers
• The role will require you to collaborate with key partners both internal and external in executing Visa’s strategy while meeting Issuers and corporates needs in the T&E user journey
• Drive product development, enhancements of CVPs, introduction of VCS Services to meet corporate needs.
• Provide best practices guidelines for corporates and government to benchmark their current program and evaluate recommendations for future growth plans. 
• You will work collaboratively with the client deal teams working on selling strategies, executing, optimising portfolio as well as commercial arrangements.
• As such, you will work with market teams to develop and execute sales pipeline in Corporate T&E Programs in the region, introducing new B2B products and services as appropriate.
• As the voice of the market clients, you will need to provide feedback, develop product plans and collaborate with global LMM Core product teams to prioritize and maintain product roadmap to drive future growth.
