Your Impact

Strategic Alignment and Operational Cadence:

Performance Analysis and Reporting: 

Regularly analyze baseline data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement, translating insights into actionable recommendations into both strategic initiatives and routine operations. Predictive Analytics:

Collaboration and Cross-Departmental Engagement: Foster collaboration between different departments including: Go-to-Market organization, Renewals teams and Sales Operations, ensuring representation in relevant meetings and initiatives. MightyKids, Families & Community (MKFC) is one of the core programmes of Life Community, where we serve children & youth from low-resourced, vulnerable families in the Telok Blangah region. Duties & Responsibilities

Your main duties and responsibilities include the following:

• Manage a team of staff to ensure the smooth running of the programme’s daily operations and maintenance of our MKFC centre.
• Provide guidance and motivation to staff to achieve the programme objectives, develop workplans for the team in alignment with agency goals.
• Conduct internal and external environmental assessments to identify areas for development and improvement so as to better meet the needs of the clients.
