Roles & Responsibilities:

• Support the development, execution, and oversight of compensation programs and initiatives.
• Oversee the Performance Management Process, including administration of the online appraisal system.

Job Description:

• Prepare monthly financial statements and ensure the timely filing of GST and other reports.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and timely submission of monthly CPF filings.
