Job Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Training and Development, Business Studies/ Management, Human Resource or equivalent with min 3 years' working experience in similar capacity (e.g. training delivery and curriculum development), preferably in F&B industry
• Proficient in LMS and e-Learning courseware development, MS Office, webinar tools, and Internet based systems and programs
• Strong interpersonal and Self-motivated
• Strong presentation skills to both large and small groups

Marketing Initiatives and Partner Collaboration

• Develop and implement annual partner marketing strategy and plans in collaboration with the sales team and selected partners, aimed at driving growth and market penetration
• Lead, plan and roll out high-impact marketing initiatives for key partners including events, workshops, email campaigns, and webinars, for market engagement and brand visibility
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness, and provide insights for developing effective sales and marketing strategies.

• Assist the team in the development of the overall digital marketing strategy

Job Descriptions

Human Resources:

· Assist in recruitment processes including job postings, selection,

scheduling interviews, onboarding and offboarding processes.

· Update, filing and maintain employee’s records and HR databases.

· Coordinate and assist in handling MOM work passes, prepare

employment contract, employee insurance etc.

· Manage payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate salary

Job Requirements:

• Administration of IT access grants for all staff
