1. Job Scope
   
   
   1. Assist the Store Manager in daily operations, ensuring the store runs smoothly.
   2. Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and order processing.
   3. Implement and oversee promotional activities to drive sales.
   4. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback efficiently.
   5. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

2. Requirements

1. Experience in retail management or a related field.

2. Interest in Tamil speaking with English addon other local language is better

Summary:

• Singapore's biggest distributor that carries a wide range of pet products
• Basic salary ranging from $1700 - $1800
• Incentives ranging from $1400 - $2700
• Commission ranging from $300 - $1600
• Location islandwide
• Mon - Fri @ 8 - 6pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Identifying and closing sales leads, maintaining customer relationships, and meeting sales targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Develop and present compelling sales proposals to meet targets
• Negotiate and close deals to achieve and exceed sales goals
• Provide excellent customer support and resolve issues
• Stay informed on industry trends and collaborate with internal teams

Requirements:

• Class 3/3A driving license required
• 1 year of experience in sales (preferably b2b)
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to effectively serve Mandarin-speaking customers
