[What you will be working on]

• To develop, implement and review campaigns and programmes to persons with disabilities that are not coming to Punggol Regional Library.
• To support existing programmes designed for persons with disabilities,
• To be involved in day-to-day operations to understand user behaviour.

[What we are looking for]

• Prior experience with persons with disabilities or persons with dementia will be helpful.
• Students with events management experience and a basic proficiency in design tools such as Canva or Photoshop will be helpful too.

Overall Job Objectives:

• Operation planning on warehouse space, incoming shipment, and palletizing for overseas shipping.
• Taskhub (ERP system) operation on data entry GRN for incoming shipment, sales return, ad-hoc production, product location transfer etc.

Core Responsibilities:

• Warehouse administration, including maintenance and cleanliness, products FIFO, ensure enough space for incoming cargos.
• Perform Taskhub (ERP) operation to carry out goods received, sales return, stock reserve, stock transfer etc.

Assist in performing operations planning for the following.

1. Routine delivery route planning.
2. Requisite for 3rd party logistics, general workers, or overtime when the needs arise.
3. Liaise with forwarders on incoming and outgoing cargo
4. Housekeeping of logistic office and warehouse.
5. Preparation for stock take.
6. Preparation for ISO audit.
7. Provide logistic support for the Sales & marketing team on road shows and exhibitions.
8. Implement quality checks to avoid mistakes and reduce customer rejects.
9. Ensure picking and packing functions (including loose parts assembly) are performed correctly.
10. Ensure documentations are checked for completeness.
11. Enforce control of non-conforming products.
12. Enforce risk management, safety, & security.
13. Monitor maintenance of equipment and facility.

Secondary Duties:

• Assist with walk-in sales
• Escalate and give feedback regularly to the head of the department.
• Ensure safety measures are in place when carrying out assigned jobs.
• Assist in the department’s administrative function.
• Perform ad-hoc work assigned by the Manager.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or its equivalent.
• At least 3 years of working experience in a similar operation & service field.
• Prior experience in ERP systems is preferred
• Possession of a Class 3 Driving License will be an added advantage
• Possession of a Forklift License is preferable
• Computer literacy
• English and Chinese literacy.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Initiative, independence, hardworking and good team spirit.
