Key Responsibilities:
· Lead, implement and manage regional projects in Asia Pacific through collaboration with Divisions,
Business Units, Market Unit and Region Commercial Operations. This includes but not limited to
implementation of product strategies, identification of new business opportunities, manage
commercial and operational marketing of responsible product area throughout the product life cycle
including Medical Affairs and Technical Services
· Act as point of contact and provide product support for Asia Pacific for all TCT business related
matters. Cooperates with Market, Business and Production Units
· Implement existing global strategies and concepts into Region Asia Pacific
· Support development of strategies on business and operations covering full spectrum of product
portfolios
· Be the sounding board for Region Asia Pacific to share insights on market dynamics to Divisions and
Business Units at global level.
· Manage product portfolio for Region Asia Pacific and propose extension opportunities to global
teams.
· Understands local requirements and market dynamics and balances local interests and global needs
to holistically optimize value for Region Asia Pacific
· Manages TCT product developments and changes – communicating to Market Units in Asia Pacific
and liaising with regulatory, Quality Management, logistics and production to ensure a smooth
launch/transition/ phase out.
· Supports Market Unit’s in developing Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and managing relationship with
these and other emerging KOLs for Asia Pacific together with the Asia Pacific Medical Affairs
· Supports Market Units in Asia Pacific in operational execution for TCT products through product
launch kits, product information packs, product training courses and introduction
· Conceptualizes, plans and manages regional TCT events and congress participation
· Proposes, manages and controls Asia Pacific TCT marketing budget
Requisite Qualification & Experience:
· Bachelor degree holder in any business disciplines or natural science, preferably Chemistry
· Minimum 15 years of work experience gained in multinational companies in which at least 10 years’
experience in managing products in Blood Transfusion, Infusion and Anesthesiology segment in the
Asia Pacific region or at global level
· Experience with integration and data exchange between blood bank system and other hospital IT
system is necessary
· Strong business acumen and highly analytical with attention to details
· Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work independently while strong team spirit
· Proficient in spoken and written English and Mandarin. Knowledge of any Asian dialect would be
advantageous.
· Willing to travel extensively
