• To ensure the project consultant/s and contractor/s conduct pre-construction review sessions e.g. Value Engineering, Design for Safety Review/s, etc;
• To review project progress claims/ project related payments along with the relevant support personnel, to assess if there are any discrepancies and to comment and verify accordingly;
• To assess the recommendations put up by project consultants on any extension of time and/ or variation order and decide whether to put up for management approval as a variation order.

Qualification:
