Role Overview: As a Marketing Executive/Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our brand's identity and fostering customer engagement across various channels. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you'll utilize your expertise to monitor consumer behaviour trends, generate creative ideas, and develop effective marketing strategies. Your passion for the "art" of marketing will drive the organization of creative campaigns and promotional events, strengthening our reputation and facilitating continuous business growth. The position reports to the Senior Marketing Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor target consumer requirements, habits, and trends, alongside competitors' market initiatives.
• Brainstorm creative ideas and contribute to the development of effective marketing strategies.
• Identify, develop, and execute affiliate marketing opportunities to expand brand reach.
• Maintain up-to-date content and ensure a positive user experience on our ecommerce websites and digital media platforms.
• Plan and execute marketing communication and promotional campaigns across various channels, including social media, email marketing, print, and retail merchandising.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to produce marketing collaterals and oversee campaign execution.
• Assist in the development of marketing collaterals, including retail point-of-sales materials, traditional and digital media content, PR publicity, and advertising collaterals.
• Liaise internally and with external vendors to execute marketing communication and promotional campaigns.
• Monitor campaign progress using various metrics and submit performance reports.
• Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of marketing experience preferred, with exposure to FMCG, Retail, or F&B industries.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in marketing data analytics tools.
• Knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices.
• Proficiency in traditional and digital marketing, including SEO, social media, and ecommerce.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

About the Role:

You are responsible for creating and driving data privacy and data governance initiatives for a digital bank that seeks to offer inclusive banking services to customers based on a strong foundation of data innovation, privacy and trust.

As the Data Privacy and Governance Lead Specialist, you will be involved in creating and implementing data privacy and governance policies, processes, systems and tools, and the bank’s data architecture to ensure enterprise data is securely stored, documented and managed effectively. You will partner with various parts of the bank to drive initiatives to embed privacy into the bank’s products and process design, and provide advice on compliance with data protection requirements.

The role involves:

• Implementing the bank’s data protection management programme, including the development, review and implementation of data protection related policies and processes
• Implementing the bank’s data privacy risk management, including working with business units to conduct data protection impact assessments to identify, assess, mitigate and review data privacy risks.
• Partnering business, compliance and risk teams to provide advice to support business units in the development of products and business initiatives to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards.
• Implementing effective training and communications initiatives to increase staff awareness of data privacy and governance in the bank.
• Implementing the bank’s data privacy management systems, software and tools to effectively oversee and monitor the bank’s processing of personal data and management of consent.
• Collaborating with engineering teams to implement robust data architecture that ensures enterprise data is securely stored and managed effectively, and data governance solutions, metrics, reports and dashboards to improve efficiency, data accuracy and consistency.
• Working with relevant regulatory authorities and industry groupings on developing guidance to provide thought leadership on data privacy, data and AI governance issues and use cases.
• Facilitating and responding to data privacy and governance related enquiries, complaints and data subject requests.
• Overseeing and implementing the bank’s data breach management plan in coordination with relevant business units and functions, and participating as a key member of the bank’s data breach response team.

Requirements:

• At least 8 years of relevant experience and strong understanding of data privacy and involvement in implementing data governance activities and processes in a large organization, preferably in the banking, financial services or digital services sector in Singapore.
• Ability to adopt practical approaches to effectively balance business with compliance requirements.
• Ability to understand business and technical requirements of data, and manage the technical implementation of data privacy management systems and software tools.
• Sound understanding and technical experience in data management, including metadata, data access and data quality management, familiarity with Big Data components & Data Warehousing concepts, preferably in SnowFlake.
• Good understanding of data privacy and governance related regulatory requirements, especially in the area of managing and protecting personal data within a Big Data and GenAI environment, and preferably with an understanding of financial sectoral laws and other related regulations.
• Self-starter, able to work independently and in teams.
• Strong project management, writing, communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.

What will you do?

• Ensure safe working and follow local guidelines
• Assign & co-ordinate internal work order management tool
• Perform installation & configuration support in Schneider DCIM software applications and environmental monitoring devices remotely & on-site as requested
• Configuration support in Schneider Network Management Cards
• Work closely with the Regional Delivery Manager/ Project Manager
• Perform onsite and remote troubleshooting of Schneider DCIM Softwares and Troubleshooting in communication protocols like SNMP, Modbus RTU & Modbus TCP
• Develop and enhance project documentation to enrich customers' experience
• Support & utilize cross-border collaboration to maximize customer satisfaction
• Articulate to an internal and client project team the necessary steps/pre-requisite required to complete the scope of work
• Ability to identify DCIM problem statement(s), solution proposal, and scope of work with a defined project plan
• Participate in the technical review process for product enhancements
• Perform post configuration review and deliver admin training to partners and end users
• Liaise with Product Managers or the Custom Solutions team, provide feedback from customers for improvements
• Identify lead generation in services and software licenses
• Colloborate with regional sales and provide possible solutions around customers' needs and deliver services
• Basic Linux Administration – configure IP address, DNS/ hostname resolution, stop/start/enable service will be an added advantage
• Hyperconverged Infrastructure solutions – Dell VxRail, Nutanix AHV and ESXi, HPE SimpliVity, Cisco HyperFlex will be an added advantage
• Basic familiarity with PKI and SSL certificates will be an added advantage

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

• Associate/Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience
• Minimum three years' experience providing DCIM customer support for complex technical solutions in a Data Centre environment
• Experience in customer-facing, project management, analysis, technical troubleshooting skills
• Demonstrated basic technical knowledge of:
• Data centre IT components and interconnections (servers, Blades/Blade Chassis, network switches, RACK PDUs, etc.)
• Data centre networks and protocols (TCP/IP, VLANs, SNMP, Modbus)
• Structured cabling components and concepts (patch panels, fibre, copper)
• Data centre facility components (UPS, PDUs, single and 3 Phase Power, CCU)
• VMware vSphere ESX/ESXi VM configuration
• Accountability and the ability to adapt/ multi-task/ manage changing priorities
• Ability to work flexible hours travellingl up to 50% as required, some globally
• Data centre surveys and audits
• Ambitious, self-motivated, able to learn and apply new skills quickly
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Working experience in Salesforce and WO management would be an added advantage
• Certification in Schneider DCIM software's is added advantage
• Certification in networks & routing concepts would be an advantage but are not mandatory
