Responsibilities

· Organising workflow, liaising with stakeholders for marketing materials, giveaways to be sent to the distributors

· Coordinating between marketing and distributors of the exhibitions

· Prepare visitors registration and show book

· To prepare delivery order

· To coordinate delivery schedule with forwarder and distributors

· To prepare shipping docs

· To monitor returning demo schedule after demonstrations

· Import/Export coordination with forwarder

· To assist and coordinate with the distributors to prepare for delivery

· Manage marketing materials inventory

· Organising and coordinating service training and application training

· Source for venues for events/training

· Coordination of event with vendors

· On site visit

· To coordinate transportation of demo systems to hotel training venue with transporter

· Assist Business Manager and Sales Manager with administrative Product Management, Sales and Regulatory tasks

· Ad-hoc marketing support activities assign by Business Manager.

Requirement

· Min Diploma/Degree in Marketing/Communications

· Excellent presentation skills

Role:

Working in the HR Team, you will play a pivotal role in executing the campus recruitment front to grow & market the business groups in Singapore. You will also drive the corporate recruiting/screening process, as well as support Corporate Branding initiatives including partnerships & engagement projects through schools (such as Networking/Learning & Development sessions), and managing our corporate presence across online and offline platforms. Job Responsibilities

• Full-suite of Talent Acquisition; including managing job boards, screening applicants, interviewing & conducting job offers and onboarding of new hires.
• Take ownership of candidate experience; ensuring smooth process across application, interview, offer and placement
• Drive Corporate Branding initiatives to expand existing corporate partnerships & outreach (LinkedIn & Instagram, Job Portals, EDMs & Job Fairs, School & Outreach Initiatives, Virtual Workshops etc.)
