About the Role

The SMP Executive will support the Research, Monitoring and Evaluation team to execute a funded research project - specifically the Social Mobility Programme, an exploratory research programme aiming to explore what interventions can better encourage women to increase stability and create improvements in their lives.

Your main duty will involve recruiting, orienting, deploying, and retaining volunteers within various stakeholder groups associated with SLEC. These groups encompass individuals, interest groups, corporations, institutes of higher learning, community partners, government agencies, and churches.

· Efficiently draw volunteers from diverse backgrounds for our island-wide services within stakeholder groups.

· Develop and implement effective strategies to actively engage and retain volunteers across various stakeholder groups associated with SLEC.
