Duties and Responsibilities:

Sales

• Drive day-to-day sales and support of Uniworld key trade partners (travel agencies/airlines), sponsors, and corporate clients to provide incremental sales growth in Singapore and other region.
• Providing sales solutions through formulating and developing tailored proposals and, where appropriate, to manage the negotiation process and close terms and deals.
• Help identify business development opportunities with existing key partners (both B2B and B2C) and approach potential new partners (both B2B and B2C) with business proposals and solutions.
• Provide product and sales training to travel agency consultants and product teams.
• Outline monthly and annual sales target and strategy planning with key trade partners to drive sales.
• Prepare all daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, including agent feedback and in-market competition report.
• Handling manpower and logistic arrangements for all travel expo, roadshows, travel fairs and exhibitions, including brochure supply and distribution. Also, must be able to work during all travel fairs/roadshows, including weekends and public holidays.
• Support and assist Managing Director - Cruises to manage, co-ordinate and execute all business requirements.

Roles & Responsibilites

• Daily handling of financial counseling, doctors’ fees, billing and collections, LOG & management of Medisave/Medishield/Private/Corporate Insurance claims submission
• Provide accurate information to policyholders/intermediaries/clients in relation to their policies and coverage
• Process outpatient and inpatient claims submissions with high accuracy
• Address inquiries via email/phone and any other channels, ensuring all correspondences via calls and emails are properly documented to comply with auditing purposes
• Clinic Management and all other stakeholders to ensure seamless co-ordination

Job Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in managing Business Office in the healthcare setting with strong knowledge of healthcare policies, health insurance & claims, patient billing & client services, receivables
• Market insights on government and private insurance claims/schemes would be highly advantageous
• Strong communication and good relationship management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Applications and numerical analysis

Administrative

· In charge of day-to-day company operations and duties, including answering phone call, attending to visitors/clients, arranging despatch/courier service, opening mailbox & distributing mail & etc

· Filing, scanning of Statutory Files and updating of information on relevant system

· Support the general admin duties of the company (including liaising and attending to enquiries from clients)

· Any other ad-hoc duties when required (such as ordering stationery, pantry supplies management, copier troubleshooting & etc.)

· Provide clerical and administrative support to Manager(s) and Director(s)

· Support and coordinate recruitment processes (such as job advertisements posting and arranging interviews for suitable candidate & etc)

Accounting

· Bookkeeping of company accounts and client(s) accounting

· Prepare customer invoices and follow-up outstanding payments through phone call/email and posting of statement of account

· Maintain customer profile and register new customer details into system

· Prepare payment voucher and record customer receipts into system

· Track bank transaction(s) and record payments and receipts

· Prepare and generate monthly report(s) to Management

Requirements

· Min 1 year of experience in similar role

· Preferable with full sets of accounts experience

· Detailed, well organised, meticulous and proficient in MS Excel & Office

· Good communication skills and strong problem solving skills

· Possess good communication and interpersonal skills

· Able to meet tight deadlines and with minimum supervision
