Responsibilities:

• Process end-to-end payroll for a large organisation (with 2 payroll cycles a month), including but not limited to, submission of monthly CPF and refunds, submission of Government Paid Leave claims, processing medical/dental claims from employees, ensuring accuracy of bank details and timely submission of bank files, providing payroll GL to the finance team for reconciliation, pro-ration of salary for new hires and resignees, filing for resignees according to internal procedures
• Timely filing of IR21 clearance (for foreign resignees) and annual IR8A submission to IRAS and generate e-IR8A report to all employees
• Correspond with HR team to retrieve data and inputs necessary for relevant pay elements
• Support and implement improvements to system enhancement and payroll processes for better efficiency and compliance to statutory regulations

The Job:
