Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Operations Specialist to work with us to establish, build and refine our business operations from the ground up. If you are process-oriented with attention to detail, we want to hear from you.
As an Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that our day to day operational targets are being met, manage our logistical flows and contribute to operational improvement.
This role requires a results-oriented individual with exceptional organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, with a high propensity to learn and adapt on the go.
Key Responsibilities:
Inventory and Supply Chain Management: Effectively manage inbound procurement, in-warehouse control and outbound logistics, ensuring that all targets are being met on a day-to-day basis.
Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce quality standards, ensuring that all products and services meet or exceed customer expectations.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization, efficiency gains, and assist in driving initiatives to enhance operational performance.
Compliance and Safety: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, safety standards, and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
-Passionate about entrepreneurship and the start-up environment.
-Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
-Prior experience in a operations role, with a focus on process optimization and efficiency improvement. (Preferred)
-Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
-Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
