Case Managers will provide guidance and assistance to in work clients addressing their work and life challenges enabling them to remain and thrive at work. Case Managers serve as a single point of contact working closely with employers and clients to resolve their work, financial and other social issues by providing career coaching and motivation support.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Client through 6-9 months of employment via monthly calls or visits to ensure sustained employment.
• Manage client’s expectations of the programme including responsibilities of both parties, data protection and programme requirements.
• Work closely with Yellow Ribbon staff to transfer client to Ingeus and provide appropriate support to the client.
• Update all systems with case notes and actions as required to maintain robust records
• For clients who have fallen out of work to provide employment assistance including CV tailoring, interview preparation, exploration of alternative career options according to client’s needs.
• Identify barriers to employment, job goals and various training needs to support clients back into employment.
• Motivate, encourage and empower Client throughout their job search journey
• Assist Client by troubleshooting and resolving any issues that may affect sustained employment.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma / Degree qualification
• Fluent in English with proficiency in Malay/ Tamil/ Mandarin/Chinese Dialects (Hokkien, Cantonese, Teochew, etc)
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications (Excel/Word) and the ability to pick up new systems / software
