We are looking for an experienced Regional Marketing Manager (Digital) to take-charge and spearhead the development and management of Tantan’s marketing efforts in the region. The role requires the successful candidate to formulate and operationalize strategies in the immediate SEA region to drive the user-acquisition and commercialization of the app. Based out of our International Headquarters in Singapore, you will report to the COO’s office and work closely with the development and product teams in Beijing to drive the continued growth of the app throughout SEA. Description:

· Spearhead and manage the app’s overall international marketing strategy, including but not limited to, content localization, media planning, campaign performance reviews, KOL development and management, industry collaboration events

· Collaborate with our product and development teams in China to create and improve on the user experience from an international perspective

· Manage direct marketing, tools, product launches, and other marketing and education related programs, according to the APAC regional strategies.

· Take charge and be responsible for regional growth figures and KPIs

Requirements

· Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or a related discipline from a reputable university

Job Responsibilities:

• To act as the primary contact person for liaising and coordinating with internal and external parties ensuring project requirements at customer site are complied
• Lead a team of professionals through all phases of project development, implementation and completion
