Job Description

• Manage & grow the overall portfolio to meet the department's targets - New & Renewal Business
• Oversees and manages the daily operations and business activities of the Corporate Solutions Department
• Ensure Teamwork and align roles & responsibilities for maximum effectiveness
• New Business development strategies
• Ensure excellent retention rate on existing portfolio
• Renewal invitation to be executed diligently at least 60 days before expiry

The Successful Applicant

• About 6 years of B2B Insurance experience including team management
• Knowledge and experience in Property & Casualty is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer skills
• Good analytical, communication and time management skills
• Understanding of diverse business processes and strategy development
• Able to manage high transaction volume and in a fast-paced environment
• BCP, PGI, CGI & HI Certifications are required
