Job Description:

This is a full time role for a Retail Assistant located in Commonwealth Drive. Our client iis a local Board Game store and distributor. You will managing the daily operations of a centre, ensuring its smooth functioning by overseeing both administrative and operational tasks. This includes handling student and staff records, maintaining communication with clients and stakeholders, and managing the collection of fees. Additionally, the role requires overseeing the staff’s welfare, preparing duty rosters, and providing guidance on classroom management. Monthly staff meetings are conducted to plan and review programmes for the centre, and the individual will collaborate closely with SCC Coaches and Teaching Excellence to provide feedback and necessary support. A key part of the role is motivating the team to achieve excellence, meet centre targets, and fulfil key performance indicators. The role also involves supervising activities aimed at meeting developmental objectives, ensuring accurate record-keeping for attendance, grades, health, and safety. Lastly, other duties may be assigned by the Cluster Head.

Qualifications:

• Interest in Retail Management, Marketing
• Communicates effectively both orally and in writing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word/ Excel/ Adobe

Job Responsibilities:

· Handle data entry, cost checking.

· Inventory reconciliation knowledge.

· Co-ordinate with Logistics staff & 3PL on order priority & delivery schedule priority.

· Maintain complete and proper filing of documentation.

· Ensuring duties are carried out in accordance with internal SOP and enhancing SOP when required.

· Management reports.

· Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements: -

· Minimum GCE ‘N’, ‘O’ Level or Equivalent

· 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience

· Good communication skills (both written and verbal)

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point & etc)

· Able to work as a team and independently with minimum supervision in a fast-paced environment.

· Possess positive attitude towards work and team oriented.

• Ensure the store is secured at closing by checking if the doors are locked, alarms are set and all safes are locked

The incumbent plays a crucial role in supporting leasing department by reviewing lease agreements for accuracy, maintaining organized documentation, and updating the property management system with current lease and tenant information. Job Responsibilities

1. Lease Agreement and Documentation

• Review lease agreements and Letters of Offer, ensuring the accuracy of commercial terms, including rent, lease duration, and other key conditions.
• Maintain lease files and documentation, keeping all records organized and up to date

2. Property Management System Updates

• Update and manage the property management system with accurate and current information on leases, tenant contact details, rent payments, and other relevant data.

3. Reporting

• Prepare and update monthly reports, including sales performance, lease renewals, rental occupancy costs.

4. Administrative Support

• Provide general administrative support by answering phone calls, filing paperwork, scheduling appointments, and managing emails.

5. Location Study and Recommendations

• Assist in conducting site studies or surveys for potential new locations, providing conclusions and recommendations based on the analysis of relevant factors.

Qualifications

1. Minimum Diploma in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field.

2. Preferably with at least 1 years of experience in leasing, property management, or a similar administrative support role within the F&B or retail sector.

3. With good computer literacy in Microsoft Office (especially Excel for reporting purposes).

Job Highlights

Salary: up to $3500 per month

Contract Duration: 6 months (possibilities of extension)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, normal office hours

Job Descriptions

• Follow up with patients for payment via call, email and sending of invoices
• Proceed with legal recourse as part of the debt recovery process
• Analyse the trend of the debts and explore ways to reduce the Ageing Reports.
• Check the invoices, ensure they are tagged to the correct code and collate the documents e.g. invoices
• Check with the various departments when the insurers reply with queries
• Work closely with stakeholders to reduce the debts of Insurance Ageing Reports.
