DESCRIPTION OF FUNCTION
The primary purpose of this position is to oversee strategic initiatives across the Asia-Pacific (APAC), Europe, Middle East, Africa (EMEA), and Americas regions. Responsible for developing a brand strategy to build a strong image with top customers while reaching a new market, keeping Cladtek focused on leading in the Global CRA Clad and Lined Pipe Market, and broadening our coverage to all industries, including renewable energy. Ensures brand integrity by guiding efforts across multiple channels and functions. Supports the development and execution of offline/traditional, digital, and paid social advertising programs for the business.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to each region (APAC, EMEA, Americas) in alignment with overall business objectives.
• Analyze market trends, customer activities, and competitive landscapes to provide recommendations for regional strategies.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of a cohesive brand identity across all regions, ensuring consistency and relevance with target audiences.
• Implement initiatives to strengthen brand positioning and perception in target markets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product Development, and Project, to align marketing strategies with overall company objectives.
• Facilitate effective communication and cooperation across global teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
• Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities, challenges, and emerging trends in each region.
• Keeping up to date with market developments and analyzing customer insights as well as competitor strategies.
• Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and continuously optimize marketing strategies.
• Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns through a variety of media, making sure that the branding is consistent throughout the advertising.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and iterate on strategies to maximize effectiveness.
• Develop and manage marketing budgets for each region, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve maximum impact.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to support the successful implementation of marketing initiatives.
• Act as a brand ambassador, representing the company at industry events and promoting partnerships to enhance brand visibility.
• Performs other tasks as designated by the Senior VP of P&C, Executive Leadership Team, or the Employer.
Requirements:
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in Brand & Marketing Management/Similar function.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in leadership role.
• Proven success in campaign development execution with substantial experience in multi-channel campaign development and execution.
• Prior proven knowledge and experience in digital and social media engagement.
• Relevant experience in public relations and working with media.
• Prior success in project and time management.
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Fluent/understand organization related tools and process.
• Excellent communicator and creative thinker.
• Familiarity or proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Presentation) and Adobe editor.
• Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills.•
• Ability to work in a complex and demanding environment with a high level of attention to detail.
• Fluent in business English communication in both written and spoken (a native English speaker is preferred)
