4. Oversee the entire sales process, lead generation, contract preparation, negotiation and closure while maintaining records of all sales activities and ensuring favourable contract terms.
5. Work closely with Sniper Digital's creative team to transform client needs into creative design concepts, insights and recommendations.
6. Facilitate smooth collaboration between client, creative team and production team; contribute innovative ideas during brainstorming sessions, and work with the internal team to ensure timely and cost-effective execution.
7. Create sales forecasts and revenue projections, and deliver regular sales reports.
8. Continuously engage in market research to stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies and potential opportunities.
9. Act as a representative for Sniper Digital at industry events, trade shows, conferences to broaden network of potential clients and partners.
10. Maintain organised documentations, proposals, quotations and client communications.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years sales or business development experience
• Experience with design or ad agency preferably but not required
• Strong communication and presentation skills

Job Descriptions:

• Contract signing, production scheduling, handling quality complaints, customs declaration and inspection, booking and shipping arrangement, providing relevant document
• Responsible for initiating contact with new clients, confirming product specifications, providing product quotations, arranging samples, conducting order reviews, and managing business negotiations and follow-ups.
• Responsible for establishing customer records, managing contracts/orders, and maintaining a ledger for business transactions and management.
• Responsible for customer after-sales service, conducting customer satisfaction surveys, and organizing and implementing improvements for enhancement.

Job Requirements:

• Possesses marketing knowledge and negotiation skills.
• Possesses at least 3 years of sales experience, preferably with a focus on expertise in international trade of chemical products.
• Possesses proficient bilingual skills in Chinese and English as to communicate effectively with our China counterpart and Chinese-speaking customer.
