Job Purpose

The Pre-Sales Team of ICE Data Services provides professional, detailed, customer-focused support to position ICE in providing pricing and analytics data solutions to the buy side, sell side and other financial institutions within APAC. The specialist role is to act as a product and delivery system expert as well as providing support at every stage of the sales and implementation process. This role will have primary ownership for assigned opportunities to ensure proposed solutions are implemented according to best practices, meet the business and technical requirements of the customer and ultimately result in a successful sale.

The Pre-Sales specialist is expected to become a technical expert in ICE Data Services Pricing and Analytics product offerings and to act as a consultant to the Sales organization as well as other internal and external groups. Responsibilities

The role’s core responsibilities center around the technical support of the sales life cycle including:
