Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure the successful execution of projects
• Assist the sales team in managing client relationships, preparing proposals, and maintaining accurate records
• Support the project team in planning, scheduling, and executing events, ensuring operational requirements are met
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential sales opportunities
• Assist in the development of sales strategies and tactics to maximize revenue
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and best practices
• Provide exceptional customer service and promptly address client inquiries and concerns

• Proven experience in project coordination and/or sales support
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of event planning and logistics is preferred
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team
