Porsche Singapore is seeking a highly experienced Sales Manager to join our team and collaborate closely with the Head of Sales and Customer Excitement. This role is critical in driving growth and profitability in our New Car Segment. We are looking for a dynamic leader with a proven track record in sales, preferably within the luxury automotive industry. 

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and inspiring the customer facing sales team to achieve and exceed volume and profitability targets while ensuring exceptional customer service, managing studio operations, and upholding the brand's premium standards. • Oversee lead funnel management at the individual lead level with the Porsche Consultants on a daily basis, ensuring effective follow-up on targets, leads, test drives, offer creation, and resolution of customer issues.

• Ensure strong collaboration and synergies with all stakeholders (F&B, Porsche Lifestyle, Sales Planning, Marketing, Aftersales) to achieve alignment and support for sales initiatives, driving desirable results.

Job Description

A Sales Advisor is responsible for delivering the best customer experience that contributes to the store’s sales and profit. As a Sales Advisor, you’ll always put customers first, offer assistance, and share your product and fashion knowledge. You will also share your knowledge and skills with your colleagues, offering help where needed to build a positive working environment.

Sales and Stock Management
