• Create thorough proposals and solution documentation that align with client requirements and business goals.
• Offer technical insight during client interactions, addressing queries and doubts regarding the capabilities and implementation of our solutions.
• Draft the statement of work and collaborate with engineers to ensure timely deliverables.

Requirement:

• Diploma / Degree holder in a related field (Information Technology, etc.).
• Proven experience in a pre-sales or similar technical role, preferably within the document management or enterprise content management industry. Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Strong knowledge of document management solutions, workflow automation, data capturing,data security, and information governance.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated experience in delivering compelling product demonstrations and workshops.
• Proficiency in creating solution documentation, proposals, and technical presentations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
• Independent, creative, willing to learn with a positive attitude.
