Part Time Operations Executive (Sales & Marketing)

Responsibilities

We are seeking for a resourceful, experienced and committed individual to manage the following:

· Key role to support project and sales activities.

· To handle administrative related duties for project work and sales activities.

· Review documentation including proof reading, modification and improve on existing work.

· Prepare information on products and their applications for submission of tender proposal.

· Perform strategic procurement, liaise and negotiate with vendors for the best price.

· Collect customer feedback and follow up to ensure customer expectation and satisfaction is maintained.

· Plan and schedule meetings including taking of minutes.

· Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors, establish and maintain relationships for the flawless execution of projects

· Adhere to the respective departmental delivery processes, procedures, work instructions, forms & templates

· Ad hoc duties and projects as assigned from time to time.

Requirements

· At least a Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communications, Information Technology or equivalent.

· Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

The Vice President Sales and Marketing will work together with the Chief Commercial Officer, Commercial Director and Marketing Vice Presidents as necessary to devise and implement various commercial strategies in relation to the company’s fleet of aircraft, and will include the following job functions:

· Collection of market data related to the company’s fleet, management of such data and the analysis of the data

Candidates must possess the following in order to qualify for the position:

· A University Degree in the engineering or applied finance field

· Interest in the commercial aerospace and/or international business fields

You will support the development of the SingHealth Duke-NUS Cell Therapy Centre by coordinating the efforts of various departments across SingHealth. This includes providing administrative and secretariat support, collecting relevant data for registries and maintaining audit. •Manage day to day accounting functions and perform bookkeeping for AR, AP and GL

•Intercompany balances & transactions reconciliation

•Month-end closing processes including accounts closing, schedules, reconciliations and management reports

•Posting of transactions to journals, ledgers, and prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports

•Prepare & reconcile quarterly GST returns

•Analyze management reports, trends/fluctuations, collaborating across departments to support company objectives

•Cash flow management

•Ensure timely preparation & submission of required statistical reports to authorities

•Liaise closely with auditors, tax agents, and corporate secretariat on audit & filing matters

•Prepare regulatory filing report, annual financial statements & corporate tax

•Fresh graduate with degree or diploma in finance are welcome

•Minimum relevant accounting experience: 1 year for Executive, 3 years will be considered for Senior Executive.

•Ability to work independently and in a team within a fast-paced dynamic environment

•Strong working knowledge of IFRS

•Proficient in MS Applications with advanced Excel skills

•Experience with MYOB/ABSS experience is a plus
