Requirement:

• Experience in Precision Manufacturing environments.

• Possess valid Class 3 driving license (Preferably with own vehicle).

A day to day role would consist of:

• Actively calling our list of warm leads list to assess our potential client’s Financial situation and provide possible solutions
• Understanding each of our client’s situations and following up with their respective tasks using our CRM software
• Working with our Legal Secretary as well as Admin team to increase productivity administratively
• Working towards achieving Monthly Group KPIs or Annual Financial targets

• Full Sets of accounting for small entities
• Internal Auditing documentation, policies, processes, etc.
• Management reporting, schedules, cash flow, etc.
• Assist in ad-hoc work
• Assist in ERP recommendations.

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years in full sets of accounting and internal audit.
• Prior external auditing experience is preferred.
• Project Accounting knowledge is preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities

· Manage the day-to-day operations of accounts payable functions

· Process invoices and payments

· Liaise with vendors

· Reconciliation of supplier statements

· Bank reconciliation

· Process petty cash by recording entry and verifying documentation

· Other ad hoc duties as and when assigned

Requirements

· LCCI/Diploma holder in accounting

· Preferably 1-2 years of relevant working experience

· Must be organized and ability to work as a team or individually

· Meticulous and responsible

· Good team player with good interpersonal skills

· Familiar with Navision accounting software is an advantage
