As our Assistant Manager, you will assist the Senior Roadshow Manager in managing the team of promoters and to lead by example, inspiring and guiding the team to deliver outstanding service and achieve sales targets. You will also be responsible for prospecting potential clients.

Responsibilities

• To reach out and engage the general public
• Lead and motivate team to drive delivery of consistent high standards of performance and behavior
• Consult with prospect and convert possible leads into businesses
• Pursue sales opportunities and close the deals effectively to meet target set by the Company
• Be a positive representative of the company and its brand by conducting all activities with professionalism and integrity
• Training and onboarding of new Roadshow promoters
• Planning of work schedule for the team
• Liaise with vendors
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience with supervisory & management experience
• Proven ability to engage and handle customers’ queries
• Basic PC knowledge
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Outgoing and friendly personality
• A great team player

• New clients onboarding, including training and other initial deployment related works
• Customer success, maintaining a good relationship with existing clients, and ensure long-term customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Account servicing, conduct refreshment training, support and troubleshooting
• Attending to client’s inquiries timely and promptly
• Gathering requirements and feedback on products, and working closely with the Product Team to continuously improve the products
• Seeking for opportunity for renewal and upsell, prepare quotations, and ensure timely payment from clients
• Lead customer management analysis with internal stakeholders to ensure Service Level Agreements (SLA) are achieved

Hourly rate of $12 per hour.

Working hours :

Fri, Sat, Sun 12pm to 9pm

Job scope includes

1.⁠ ⁠Serve customers at retail store, promote sales for the brand.

2.⁠ ⁠Record sales done for the day, keep price tags and stock card together with internal slip.

3.⁠ ⁠Receive and replenish stocks, arrange display racks and counters, ensure products are tidy, well organised and displayed properly at the racks and counters.

4.⁠ ⁠Report daily on time-in, time-out, sales record for the day.

5.⁠ ⁠Place order for merchandise low on stocks at retail store.
