The Position

The Regional Strategic Account Manager Poultry (RSAM) is responsible for growing and managing business relationship with our strategic customers across the ROPU. The RSAM is expected to:

• Deliver excellence in customer support and ensure above market growth in global & national ASKAN Poultry Strategic Accounts.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. FINANCIAL TARGETS

• To achieve in collaboration with ASKAN management, poultry leadership and local KAMS short and mid term financial targets as set by the poultry department for the assigned strategic accounts.

• Follow up on implementation of focus activities and measure impact on strategic targets. Ensure compliance of interaction of Boehringer Ingelheim SAM teams with ASKAN key accounts.

• Regularly update the sales potential of strategic accounts by product group and track the Boehringer Ingelheim Animal Health sales vs potential and share of wallet.

• First line of escalation to the global functions in case of customer demands (pricing, supply, key investment...etc)
• Provide support and suggestions to SEASK / Local SAMs/Global Customer management to facilitate potential negotiations with Customer.

• At least 3 years of Front Office experience in the hotel, leisure, and/or retail sector
• Strong commercial/business awareness and demonstration of sales capabilities

• Excellent supervisory, inter-personal, and communication skills
• A passion for delivering exceptional levels of Guest service
• A relevant supervisory/management certificate/diploma or degree, preferred

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development and the ability to create partnerships that add significant value to our brand.

Requirements:

· Must own a vehicle for work purpose with Class 3 driving license

· Preferably with at least 3 years of related Sales Management Experience;

· Familiar with all MS office operation

· Diploma, Advance/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Degree of any field

· Good understanding of FMCG trade dynamics

· Good attitude

· Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills

Remuneration:
