• Responsibilities include:Articulate complex technical concepts to a broad audience comprising of senior leaders and end users; be able to “translate” project and technical terms into business language.

• Develop and distribute various communications collateral to articulate the program objectives, progress, and benefits to different stakeholder groups, leveraging a variety of multi-media. • Manage and maintain the Eastspring3.0 intranet page.
• Design, manage and maintain a repository of FAQs and Business Glossary.
• Design and execute events (demos, training, team events) as necessary.
• Collaborate with the various teams within Eastspring3.0 (e.g., Data, Innovation and Data Operations) to define change and communication requirements and develop plans, as necessary.
• Manage the positioning (and branding) of the program by articulating key program messages on an ongoing basis, throughout the lifecycle of the program.
• Ensure all Eastspring3.0 digital and offline content is aligned and consistent.
• Manage risks, issues and escalations pertaining to communications and change management.
