Roles and Responsibilities for Regional Internal Audit Assistant Manager:

• Conduct assigned audit tasks as directed by the Head of Group Internal Audit or a delegate.
• Evaluate, document, and test internal controls within business processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare detailed work papers that support audit findings and conclusions.
• Confidently communicate audit results to management.
• Draft concise, accurate, and relevant audit reports.
• Offer technical support to junior team members when needed.
• Recommend improvements to audit procedures by integrating data analytics.
• Assist in handling whistle-blower complaints as directed.
• Perform additional audit reviews and tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree in related field
• Minimum of 5 years' internal audit experience in corporate setting
• Experience in listed company and Certified Internal Auditor is a bonus
• Comfortable with extensive travel

A Medical Affairs Manager DC, Asia Pacific is an experienced people leader and strategic thinker that aligns country medical affairs objectives with regional and global direction to deliver on data generation, knowledge exchange/data communications and lead thought leader engagement. The MCCL develops and executes medical initiatives to support the medical strategy/medical plan and lead and develop the team of medical value partners in their country and/or cluster.

The Opportunity

• Be the trusted source of medical and scientific insights to the organization and provide medical insights for strategy development, initiatives and projects in the region
• Develop medical strategy, medical affairs plan and ensure the integration with disease strategy and alignment with commercial strategies from business and customer areas
• Identify, map and develop regional clinician KOLs in close collaboration with the affiliates and cross-functional teams; maintain the regional KOL database and tools; develop KOL engagement programs and drive guideline update and shape clinical practice with high medical value diagnostic solutions; build and maintain relationship with the top regional KOLs
• Develop medical education programs and contents; deliver and support the medical education initiatives and activities to clinicians and other healthcare stakeholders
• Identify the evidence gap, develop evidence generation strategy, initiate clinical and scientific studies in the region and drive publications and the use of the evidence in clinical adoption
• Provide medical and scientific insight to external stakeholders to support and address clinical adoption of diagnostic solutions, communicate and manage the off-label use upon unsolicited request - Develop medical affairs role and expertise of the APAC MSA community in the responsible disease area and drive the key initiatives of the APAC MSA community
• Provide medical and scientific support to commercial, market access, patient access and innovation activities as required - Provide training and education to internal stakeholders to build the awareness and expertise on the medical value of diagnostic solutions
• Provide medical governance to the development of medical content, review and approve medical and scientific contents in promotional materials.
• Be the APAC MSA interface with global CDMA to raise the needs of APAC and bridge the communication and collaboration between CDMA and APAC affiliates

Who you are

• You should holder a degree or higher in relevant major in medical and have at least 7 years of experience in relevant business function and industry.
• You should be able to travel at least 30% of the time.

Responsibilities:

1. Initiate market research by gathering current market information on customer insights, competitor analysis, and new product segments, and analyze findings.

2. Brainstorm merchandising strategies and be responsible for the execution of effective marketing campaigns and promotional events.

3. Constantly review processes and execute necessary controls to improve and support the operational efficiency of the store.

4. Establish and maintain effective sales margins and implement price controls that maximize profit and benefit the customers at the same time.

5. Establish good relationships and conduct regular reviews with vendors.

6. Promote and develop own branded product to ensure it is competitive in the market.

7. Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by The Management.

Requirements:

1. Degree or above in Marketing, Retail Management, Purchasing and Supply Management or equivalent.

2. Singapore Citizens are welcome.

3.3 years' relevant working experience in the retail industry of petrol stations preferred.

4. Knowledge of statutory & regulatory requirements in Singapore

5. Strong sourcing network and knowledge in contractual management.

6. Bilingual in Chinese and English as this role needs to associate with Chinese speaking parties.

7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
